Project Overview of Promotional Design Campaigns at Dealls
During my journey as a Content Designer at Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring, I had the chance to take on multiple design challenges that were not just about crafting visually engaging layouts, but also about creating materials that speak to real problems, real users, and real business goals.

One of the key things I’ve learned at Dealls is that design must always be anchored in intention. Whether the medium is print or digital, every visual decision needs to serve a purpose — whether that’s helping users understand a product better, encouraging them to download an app, or building trust with potential partners.
| Let’s dive into some of the ads I’ve designed.
In this set of campaigns, I worked on two major initiatives:
KantorKu Print Design (All-in-One HRIS Solution)
The KantorKu brand needed printed promotional materials to be distributed both offline (at events, direct marketing, etc.) and in business proposals. The challenge here was clear: how do you present a complex enterprise product (HRIS + ATS + Payroll + Analytics) into something that feels simple, digestible, and persuasive at first glance?
I led the visual direction and layout design of the brochure, ensuring that:
Each section flows naturally: from core feature clusters (Recruitment, Payroll, Appraisal, etc.)
Information is easily scannable even in one glance
Key highlights like “trusted by 5000+ companies” were placed strategically for credibility
Visual hierarchy was strong enough to distinguish functional modules without overwhelming the viewer
This was also a collaborative effort with:
Sandra (Project Manager) who helped refine the scope and narrative.
Tisya (Digital Marketing) who ensured the positioning matched ongoing campaigns.
The final design wasn’t just a list of features — it became a strategic asset that helped communicate Dealls’ HR tech value in a clear, conversion-ready way.
Dealls Jobs Digital Ads (Mobile App Job Platform)
The second part of this campaign was more fast-paced: designing mobile ads for Dealls Jobs, a job-search app that aims to reduce hiring friction and deliver clarity for jobseekers.

I created a set of high-impact visuals, each designed with targeted messaging that addresses jobseeker frustrations. Some of the angles I focused on include:
“No More Ghosting” → To combat user fears of being ignored after applying
“2000+ Top Companies Are Hiring” → To create urgency & trust
“#SaatnyaPindahKerja” → A rallying call to take action, using relatable copy
“Real-time status tracking” → Showing transparency that’s missing in other job apps
Each design used bold color contrast, recognizable mobile UI, and emotional triggers, all while staying consistent with Dealls’ visual identity. The intention was always to keep it scannable in under 3 seconds — something that matters a lot in social media ads.
What I Contributed
Led visual concepting and layout design for both print & digital materials
Worked cross-functionally with PMs, Social Media, and Digital Strategy teams
Created marketing assets optimized for both offline & online distribution
Simplified technical features into friendly, user-focused storytelling visuals
Maintained brand consistency across multiple formats
What I Learned
Through this project, I sharpened my skills in:
Translating product complexity into digestible layouts
Designing for both business and user needs at the same time
Maintaining clarity without sacrificing aesthetics
Collaborating with non-design stakeholders to create solutions that are aligned on multiple fronts (timing, audience, conversion intent)
Most importantly, I learned how to listen — to feedback, to user behavior, and to the rhythm of a cross-functional team that truly cares about building something impactful.
Why It Matters
These campaigns were not just “ads” — they were stories. Stories that told jobseekers: you’re seen, and we’re building this for you. Stories that told HR teams: there’s a better, simpler way to manage people. And for me as a designer, they were stories that reminded me that no matter how small a visual asset might seem, it has the power to move people — if done with purpose.
