Dealls & KantorKu HRIS Digital Ads
Compilation of digital ads projects, showcasing the creative outcomes of various campaigns across B2B products & digital platforms.

Crafting Clean, Functional B2B & B2C Ads Creatives
As part of the visual content team at Dealls, I was tasked with designing promotional materials for KantorKu, an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) product aimed at simplifying HR operations for small to medium-sized businesses. The goal was to communicate complex, technical features in a way that felt clean, engaging, and approachable—especially for decision-makers unfamiliar with digital HR tools.
Through a series of digital ad designs, I developed a modular visual system that allowed flexibility across multiple channels (social media, banners, internal platforms). I focused on:
Clear iconography and structure to break down features like payroll automation, attendance tracking, and document management.
A professional yet friendly tone using vibrant gradients, rounded shapes, and clean typography to make the ads stand out in a typically rigid B2B landscape.
Aligning visual storytelling with the product’s core message: “HR made simple and stress-free.”
Each asset was tested internally with the marketing team to ensure the visuals aligned with the campaign goals and user mindset. The final outcome helped increase click-through rates and raised awareness about KantorKu among its target audience.
Visual Exploration & Design Direction
Highlights the visual thinking and stylistic direction behind the creation of KantorKu’s digital ad series. Since the target audience consisted mostly of business professionals, HR managers, and startup owners, the design needed to strike a balance between professionalism and approachability.
I began the process by gathering references and building a moodboard that aligned with modern B2B branding—clean layouts, soft gradients, rounded iconography, and calming corporate color palettes. Several concepts were explored to find the right balance of clarity, engagement, and technical confidence.
Typography was selected for its readability across platforms, while illustrations and visual accents were designed to simplify complex HRIS features without losing their value. Layout compositions were adapted to fit various formats (story, carousel, banner, and static post), all while maintaining brand consistency.
Design Decisions & Iteration Process
Showcases the problem-solving process behind the visual work—how I translated complex HRIS features into engaging, digestible visuals that resonate with users. One key challenge was how to present features like payroll automation, leave management, and employee database access without overwhelming users with jargon. To address this, I collaborated with the content and product team to distill each feature into a single visual metaphor or icon, paired with concise copy.
Throughout the iteration process, I received feedback from the marketing team and internal reviewers. One example: an early version of the ad used abstract icons that confused users. Based on this, I refined the icon set to be more literal and paired them with microcopy that clarified the function.
This feedback loop helped ensure the visuals not only looked clean but also performed—improving message clarity and increasing engagement on key platforms.
Strategic Visual Storytelling for High-Growth SaaS & Job Platforms
As part of the design team at Dealls and KantorKu HRIS, I contributed to the development of digital promotional materials aimed at effectively communicating product features while driving user engagement. One of my key projects was designing two digital ads for KantorKu HRIS. The first focused on promoting affordable, all-in-one HRIS solutions, highlighting features like payroll, attendance, and OKRs through clean, professional visuals.
The second targeted industrial workers by showcasing a relatable field worker persona and emphasizing shift scheduling, automated payroll, and multiple check-ins — all presented with a grounded, user-friendly design.

Additionally, I worked on the promotional design for Dealls Jobs, Indonesia’s leading career super app. This ad used vibrant and dynamic visuals to appeal to a younger, tech-savvy audience, highlighting key features like 1-on-1 mentoring, AI CV reviewer, and access to over 10,000 job opportunities. The layout was carefully structured to communicate dense information clearly while maintaining strong visual hierarchy.
Each design was created with strategic visual storytelling, aligned with user needs and business goals — blending marketing narrative with clarity to boost engagement and strengthen brand positioning.
Turning Features into Visual Stories
As part of my contribution to various digital marketing initiatives, I’ve had the opportunity to design several selected advertising visuals that reflect both the brand’s identity and the product’s value proposition. These ads were created not just to attract attention visually, but to communicate complex product features in a way that feels intuitive, relevant, and engaging to the target audience.

Each design showcases a different communication goal—whether it’s introducing a new feature, highlighting a promotional offer, or targeting a specific user segment. Through a combination of visual hierarchy, thoughtful layout, and user-focused messaging, I ensured that every ad piece aligns with the overall campaign objectives and brand tone.
These selected ads represent how design can play a strategic role in delivering impact, building trust, and driving meaningful user engagement.

Lessons from Behind the Screen
These experiences sharpened my ability to design for function, emotion, and results. I’m excited to explore more opportunities where I can create value-driven visuals that help businesses grow and users connect.

Strategic Visual Storytelling for High-Growth SaaS & Job Platforms
Every element in this project — every color, shape, and print — was crafted with attention to detail and compassion. Because just like every pawprint tells a story, so does great design.
Through these visual pieces, we wanted Adoptify to speak softly, warmly, and memorably to the hearts of its users.
