Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is a career platform designed to help individuals, especially job seekers, prepare themselves to enter the workforce. The platform integrates three key features that complement each other:

1. Jobs
   Dealls provides various job opportunities from reputable companies across various industries. This feature allows users to search for jobs that align with their interests, skills, and qualifications. With a user-friendly interface, the job search process becomes more efficient and accessible.

2. CV (Resume Review and Optimization)
   The platform offers CV review and optimization services, where users can upload their resumes to receive improvement suggestions from experts. The goal is to ensure that the CV stands out to recruiters and increases the chances of landing a job.

3. Mentoring
   Dealls also features a mentoring service, enabling users to connect with professional mentors in specific fields. These mentors provide guidance, insights, and advice to help users prepare for interviews, advance their careers, and build essential skills in the job market.

This platform is designed to be an end-to-end solution for individuals seeking to thoroughly prepare their careers and enhance their competitiveness in the job market. By combining these services, Dealls aims to assist Indonesian talents in finding jobs that match their potential while continuously developing relevant skills.

Improve Dealls Jobs Website Appearance

When redesigning the Dealls Jobs (YC W22) website, there were several steps that my projects team and I took to ensure that the new design would improve user experience (UX), functionality, and aesthetics.

Here are the steps I took during the redesign of the Dealls Jobs website:

1. Analysis and Evaluation of the Old Website
   – Content and Structure Audit: Evaluate the existing content to ensure the information displayed is relevant and up-to-date.
   – Identifying UX Issues: Identifying problems in user experience, such as confusing navigation or non-responsive design elements.
   – Website Performance Analysis: Checking the speed and performance of the old website to identify areas that need improvement.

2. Defining Design Goals and Objectives
   – Business Goals: Determining the objectives to be achieved through the redesign, such as increasing conversions, reducing bounce rates, or improving Dealls Jobs' branding.
   – Target Audience: Understanding the target users, including their needs, preferences, and pain points.
   – Functional Requirements: Defining new features or functions that need to be included, such as a search filter, job search system, saved jobs feature, job registration system, or user dashboard.

3. Research and Design Inspiration
   – Competitor Analysis: Analyzing competitor websites to gain insights into effective and innovative design trends.
   – Collecting Inspiration: Gathering design references from various sources, such as Behance, Dribbble, Awwwards, or other design websites.

4. Visual Design
   – Choosing Color Palette and Typography: Selecting colors and fonts that align with Dealls Jobs' brand identity and design objectives.
   – Visual Hierarchy: Determining which visual elements should attract the user's attention, such as call-to-action (CTA) buttons, main images, and banners.
   – Responsiveness: Ensuring the design adapts well to different screen sizes (desktop, tablet, and mobile).

5. Testing and Iteration
   – User Experience Testing (UX): Conducting user testing with real users to identify potential issues and gather feedback from prospective users.
   – Iteration: Adapting and refining the design based on testing results and feedback.

6. Implementation and Development
   – Collaboration with Dev. Teams: Working closely with the web development team to ensure the design is accurately translated into code.
   – System Integration: Ensuring that all necessary functions and features (such as contact forms, payment systems, etc.) work seamlessly.

7. Launch and Monitoring
   – Launch: Once the design is finalized and tested, the new Dealls Jobs website will be launched to the public.
   – Performance Monitoring: Monitoring the website's performance post-launch, including speed, user interactions, and conversions.
   – Ongoing Maintenance: Performing regular updates and bug fixes (if any issues are found) to keep the website relevant and efficient.

By following these steps, the Dealls Jobs website underwent a systematic and focused process, ultimately improving user engagement, user satisfaction, and achieving business goals.
