Visual Identity in Action
Visual Identity in Action
Adoptify is a digital pet adoption platform designed to bridge the gap between rescued animals and loving families in Indonesia. As part of this capstone project for the Bangkit Academy program, I was responsible for building a holistic experience — from the UI/UX design of the app to the physical branding that supported its launch and community outreach. This work earned our team a place in the Top 10 Product-Based Capstone Projects out of 450+ national teams.
From the beginning, the platform was designed with empathy at its core. The app interface features a clean and intuitive navigation flow, crafted to make the adoption journey feel simple, emotional, and secure. I implemented design elements such as an onboarding flow to educate new users, a pet-matching system based on lifestyle data, in-app messaging for communication between fosters and adopters, and visual indicators to display health and vaccination status. The visual direction embraced warm orange hues to convey compassion, paired with minimalist whites to evoke timeless trust — all while maintaining a friendly and accessible layout.

Bringing Adoptify to Life
Bringing Adoptify to Life
Design doesn't stop at the interface. Through a collection of tactile, real-world items, we extended Adoptify’s personality into daily life. This project turned our digital mission into something tangible, helping people feel closer to the brand.

Every Detail, Every Paw
Every Detail, Every Paw
Every piece of this project, from the smallest UI button to the printed texture of a hang tag, was crafted with love, purpose, and attention to detail. Because just like every pawprint tells a story, so does thoughtful design.
I wanted Adoptify to speak softly and clearly through every touchpoint to be felt, not just seen.
This experience showed me how design can cross mediums and still remain true to its values. It reminded me that great design isn’t just about how something looks, but how it makes people feel — whether they’re swiping through an app or holding a keychain that says “Where's love finds a home.”

The Tangible Side of Adoptify
The Tangible Side of Adoptify
This is where design meets the real world. From campaign posters to sticker packs, the tangible side of Adoptify brings the brand’s essence into people's hands. These physical pieces carry the same thoughtful design principles found in the app — approachable, meaningful, and full of love.

Key Takeaways from the Journey
Key Takeaways from the Journey
This project became a meaningful exploration into how digital interfaces and physical design can seamlessly connect to create a brand experience that feels alive and complete. It showed me how intentional storytelling in UI can shape user perception, how emotion can guide every design choice, and how design systems can — and should — extend beyond the screen into everyday life.
More than aesthetics, Adoptify reminded me that design is about creating bridges, between humans and animals, between emotion and technology, and between purpose and experience. It taught me that when we treat design as a tool for empathy, we don’t just build products. We build connection.
